Access to the Heliarko public test is free.

Payments are not accepted during the current testing period.

Commercial terms and the legal operator may change later.

Any future change of operator will require an updated legal notice, Privacy Policy and Terms before the new structure is used publicly.

Responsible content

This site is currently a product-information website for the Heliarko software and its public test.

It does not publish journalistic-editorial content. Content enquiries can be sent to the contact address above.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under applicable law.

We are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information. Obligations to remove or block information under general law remain unaffected; such liability arises only once a concrete infringement becomes known, upon which we will remove the content promptly.

Liability for links

This site may contain links to external websites over whose content we have no control, so we accept no liability for it; the respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible.

Linked pages were checked for legal violations at the time of linking and none were apparent. Permanent monitoring without concrete evidence of an infringement is not reasonable; upon becoming aware of violations we will remove such links promptly.

Reproduction, editing, distribution and any use beyond the limits of copyright require the written consent of the respective author or creator.

Brand assets published on the Press page may be used to illustrate reporting about Heliarko, without redrawing, stretching, recolouring or adding symbols to the wordmark.

Consumer dispute resolution

The European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

General information about consumer dispute-resolution bodies in the EU is available through the European Commission consumer redress pages.

We are not obliged to participate in a consumer arbitration procedure unless mandatory law requires it.

Review note

This legal information is temporary and applies to the public-test period.

It must be reviewed and replaced when Heliarko migrates to the planned German business structure, together with the Terms and the Privacy Policy, before the new structure is used publicly.
