The European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. General information about consumer dispute-resolution bodies in the EU is available through the European Commission consumer redress pages. We are not obliged to participate in a consumer arbitration procedure unless mandatory law requires it.

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under Sec. 7 (1) DDG and general law. Under Sec. 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information. Obligations to remove or block information under general law remain unaffected; such liability arises only once a concrete infringement becomes known, upon which we will remove the content promptly.

Our site contains links to external websites over whose content we have no control, so we accept no liability for it; the respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible. Linked pages were checked for legal violations at the time of linking and none were apparent.
